Terms & COnditions

01. Service Agreement

By subscribing to GDR Cable services, the customer agrees to abide by all terms and conditions herein. The service includes cable TV and optional internet connectivity where available. Users must provide accurate contact and address information to ensure uninterrupted service. GDR Cable reserves the right to verify subscriber eligibility and may deny service to any individual or entity not meeting standard requirements. Compliance with local regulations and responsible usage of services is mandatory at all times.

02. Installation Policy

Installation of cable and internet services will be performed by authorized GDR Cable technicians. Customers must provide safe access to premises and ensure equipment is installed in a suitable location. Any modifications to property required for installation must be approved by the customer. GDR Cable is not responsible for damage caused by unauthorized installations. Scheduling is subject to availability, and rescheduling requests must be communicated in advance. Installation fees may apply based on service type and location.

03. Subscription Fees

Subscribers are responsible for timely payment of all applicable service fees, including monthly subscriptions and one-time installation charges. Late payments may result in temporary suspension or termination of service until dues are cleared. Prices and packages are subject to change with prior notice. Discounts, promotions, or special offers are valid only during the specified period. Any tax, government levy, or statutory charges are the responsibility of the subscriber. Payment confirmations and receipts will be provided upon successful transaction.

04. Equipment Usage

All equipment provided by GDR Cable, including set-top boxes, routers, and modems, remains the property of the company. Subscribers must use equipment according to guidelines and return it upon termination or upgrade of services. Unauthorized tampering, modifications, or relocation of equipment is prohibited. Equipment damage caused by negligence or misuse will incur replacement fees. Customers are responsible for maintaining equipment in good condition. Regular updates and maintenance may be performed remotely or onsite by GDR Cable technicians.

05. Service Limitations

GDR Cable strives to provide uninterrupted service; however, technical limitations, weather, maintenance, or unforeseen disruptions may cause temporary outages. The company is not liable for loss of service due to these events. Subscribers acknowledge that signal quality may vary based on location and equipment. GDR Cable does not guarantee specific channel availability, bandwidth speeds, or internet performance at all times. Subscribers are responsible for checking compatibility of devices and reporting issues promptly for resolution.

06. Termination Policy

Subscribers may terminate services at any time with written notice to GDR Cable. Early termination fees may apply depending on contract terms. GDR Cable reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for breach of terms, illegal activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, subscribers must return all company equipment. Outstanding dues and fees remain payable. Termination will not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to cancellation. Notice periods and refund policies will be communicated during service discontinuation.

07. Privacy & Data

GDR Cable respects the privacy of subscribers. Customer data collected for service activation, billing, and technical support is stored securely and used solely for service delivery. Personal information is not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. Subscribers have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data. The company implements appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of customer information.

08. Customer Support

GDR Cable provides support via phone, email, and online channels during business hours. Subscribers must provide accurate information and follow troubleshooting guidance for efficient resolution. Service requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. GDR Cable is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information, inaccessible premises, or technical limitations. Feedback and complaints are encouraged to improve service quality. Emergency support may incur additional charges where applicable.

09. Liability Limitation

GDR Cable is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage, signal interruptions, or equipment failure. Subscriber claims are limited to direct service-related issues. The company is not responsible for losses due to content errors, broadcast interruptions, or third-party services accessed through the network. Subscribers accept risk and acknowledge that services are provided "as is" within reasonable operational limits. Liability caps apply as per local regulations.

10. Payment Disputes

All payment disputes must be raised within 15 days of transaction. GDR Cable will review billing and usage records to resolve disputes. Pending disputes do not exempt subscribers from paying undisputed charges. Resolution timelines depend on the nature and complexity of the dispute. Any adjustments or refunds will be communicated formally. Subscribers must maintain proof of payment and transaction details to facilitate dispute resolution.
